Grayton Road Tavern Stole my cell phone Cleveland Ohio
I met the owner of the establishment at my work on a friday night. The two owners of the bar and some other friends were attending a bachelor party. We were having a conversation about the military and i had told him them that my brother was in the army and that he had givin me an airbourne hoodie. The owner then asked me if he could see the hoodie so i brought it to him and totally forgot that my cell phone was in the pocket. I suddenly got called to another table i was waiting on and as i walked to the back of my work I saw out of the corner of my eye that the party was leaving and they were walking out with my hoodie so I told my manager to please a=run outside and get it from them. He brought my hoodie back in to me and I suddenly noticed that my phone was missing, so I barrowed a friends phone and tried to call it of course no answer. I then logged into my facebook account and realized that he had not only went into my personal facebook information but he had also put posts on my wall saying vulgar statements about me, and tried sending my boyfriend innapropriate messages. I then left my work and went up to the bar that he owns and I talked to his bartender who told me that he is a bad alcoholic and that it was not the first time a female came up there with a complaint about something that had been stolen. He also told me that the owner is worth alot of money and that there should no reason for him to steal a cell phone because he could definiatly afford one. So I tried calling the phone and he finally answered and said if you would like your phone back come get into bed with me.
Well bottom line i filed a police report and still havent gotten my phone back but this guy is a pig I am a hard working young girl paying my way through college and someone like that ripped me off. So I advise everyone to watch this guy because like I said before the bar tender had said this definiatly was not the first time a girl had came to press charges for sexual harassment.
