I called to inquire about my Wal-Mart Money Card that is owned by Green Dot. I got someone in a totally different country that had no understanding of what I was asking in regards to computer format of bank statement that is not in order. The representative had no clue as to what I was asking and she deactivated my card with every dollar to my name accidentally. She stated that my card was compromised and I have been with no funds for 4 days. I have called at least 20 times and all the can say is the representative will be reprimanded, I will get a new card and can't get my money for 2 weeks. I need my money I set 1 check a month to live off of. I had 110.63 on my card before it was accidentally cut off and they said they can not reactivate my card sooner than 2 weeks, but they took $3 off my card yesterday for monthly service fee, but I can not get my money for 2 weeks. I am fed up! I asked for legal department and they said they do not have one. I asked for supervisor and they said they do not have one. This is a BIG INCONVENIENCE!!!! I just called before I posted this and talked to a representative and she did not ask to transfer me and she transferred me to the SURVEY LINE!!!!!!
