Green Solar Technologies Sal Zvik ROOF REPAIR / SOLAR California
SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
I wish we would have looked this company up here, because it has a lot of complaints already. We inquired about a solar and roof repair with this company. They came out, gave us a quote of $3000 to repair the roof, and another wrote of nearly $30K to do solar. We wanted to start with the roof repair first and then do the solar. Thank god we did, because this company turned out to be entirely unprofessional and scammed us out of $5000. We are now filing a law suit against them.
The originally quoted $3000 for the leak repair became $5000 a week later, when they found “more issues” in connection with our roof. That alone should have been a red flag.
In any event, they offered a 20 year warranty on the roof and we felt good about going ahead with the repair. They repaired the roof leak and not even ONE WEEK later the roof leaked AGAIN.
Our contractor who look at their work while they were doing repairs told them that the way they are fixing the roof won’t hold. They ignored him. We called them and said to make sure the work is done properly. They said, our contractor doesn’t know what he is talking about. And, if indeed there was an issue the warranty would hold and they would come out to fix it. So, we thought it’s a non – issue given the warranty.
The warranty was worth nothing as it turned out because they refused to come out to fix their mistake, when we called them to fix the leak. They reasoning was “the leak must come from somewhere else”. When we showed them pictures showing the roof was leaking at the EXACT SAME SPOT they “repaired” they yelled at us saying “you don’t know what you are talking about” and hung up on us. They didn’t even take an inkling of responsibility for the fact the service we paid for (repairing a roof leak) was not performed and their warranty was not exercised. We are now forced to hire another roof company to do the work AGAIN.
Needless to say we will file a law suit against this company for damages they caused plus a loss of rental income, because our tenants can’t live in the home due to the leaking roof.
Thank God we used them on a smaller job first, before giving them a $30K job. People like this are repulsive and its truly upsetting having to deal with such a profound lack of professionalism. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN’T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.

We would like to update our previous post. After placing our review, the company contacted us and we worked out an amicable and reasonable solution to our issues. We feel the company handled the issue with utmost professionalism and are very pleased by their integrity in this matter. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect. Finding a mutually satisfying solution to a mistake what counts in the ned. And that is what Green Solar did in this case, We admire how they handled the mater, as we often are left hanging with issues related to contractors. Green Solar did not leave us hanging. They immediately became a part of the solution which was hugely helpful to us.

Checking the facts will result in realizing the complaint filed above is untrue

It's difficult to specifically address complaints that are anonymous and general, but suffice to say I can tell you that these remarks are patently untrue and defamatory. I have financed a lot of films and I have passed on a lot of films. The decisions I make when evaluating financing films are not always favorable to the parties looking for film funding. Rejections may cause hurt feelings, and understandably so. My actions and deals reflect the protection of my investors. That is always my focus. And, it is one of the reasons why our finance structures work well for our investors.
The accusations can be researched easily by going online and checking for any fraudulent activities I was involved in (in which case I would have been convicted of such). There are none.
As to the funds my company has or doesn’t have it can be verified by researching the films my company has financed. If there were no funds, no films would have been financed. One will find in the research there are plenty we financed.
Maybe we didn’t finance this person’s film? It would explain the disgruntled review.
I would like to invite anyone who reads this to check the facts:
One can research online how many directors have sued me. The answer is: 0
One can research how many bond companies have sued me. The answer is: 0
One can research how many of my financiers have sued me: The answer is: 0
As to others who filed a reports on ths site, one may notice that this very report was filed three times – with the exact same wording. I think it is save to assume it is filed by the very same person.
