GreenTree - Conseco Ripoff HARASSMENT Palatine Illinois
I would suggest that ANYONE who utilizes GreenTree to finance their home never have the nerve to get into financial difficulties, as you will be harassed EVERY OTHER DAY!!!!
For the last 2+ years since GreenTree has taken over Conseco, we have been on time or early with our payments, beginning with a 10K payment from an estate settlement.
In July, my husband was forced to change jobs due to a business closing, and we were only able to send in half of our month due...you would think we had sent NOTHING!!! How DARE we have the courtesy to send something instead of nothing...
Every phone call asks "what our your intentions?"...on the last call, I made it clear that if our intentions were to "sc#*w" them, I would not have sent in any money at all...
Without wishing ill will on another soul, it does do my heart good to know that we are not alone...but, I would be willing to pay ANY AMOUNT to get refinanced...their bullying is ridiculous, petty and shameful.
