GreenTree/Conseco Forced me into Bankruptcy to keep my home. I feel like I am dealing with the DEVIL. St. Paul Minnesota
I have filed many reports for at least 1 year against Conseco now GreenTree. I finally had to claim bankruptcy and ruin my good credit status for life I guess.(I am 61 years of age... so who knows.) I had to do this so they would not take my home. I can not refinance, sell or anything. Noone wants to deal with them because they are attached to my mortgage. I owe them as much today as when I borrowed the money to pay off some credit cards four years ago. I feel like I am dealing with the DEVIL. This has been the most disrestable, predatory lending company I have every delt with. I can not believe they are still in operation ripping off people and taking their homes.
