Ihavehadit predatory lenders,change my due date, Greentre/Conseco authorized financing on a used home, we purcgased a brand new home from Fleetwood and ended up with a trashed used home, PLEASE HELP Minneapolis nationwide
We purchased a new home from Fleetwood sales in Albuquerque, Fleetwood sold Palm Harbors Homes. It began with qualifying, we had excellent credit they came back and told us we instantly qualified for financing, we were told we were that we qualified for 4.5% on our loan. To our surprise they changed the rate when they sent us our copies from Greentree to 9%. We complained time and time again. We were screamed at, we were threatened, we were in for the ride of our lives.
Greentree harassed us relentlessly, they told us they were going to take our land away. The list is endless. what is so funny is that we had not received our home yet. When a home was delivered it was used and full of human feces, the home was three different colors. This home came from the Four Corners area, and not from Albuquerque. The home was used and not new, and it was the the home we purchased.
Now we are trying to pay off this ridiculous balance off so we can get on with our lives. They are even making the payoff unbearable. I have been yelled at insulted. They refuse to behave in a professional matter. Racial slurs, this list is also endless. Please help us in our final payoff to these vicious people.
