Grove Star Moving Grove Star Moving Worst company ever used. Final price was double quoted ones. From $3600, I ended paying $700!! Charlotte NC
There is no way I will ever use them again and would recommend that you pack for yourself if you feel the need to use them. I paid the extra for the "white" glove service. Which was supposed to include wrapping, packing, moving, and furniture setup. What I got was boxing, not wrapping and packing. The boxes were not marked and I had no idea what I would find when I opened a box. And even if I was ok with that, I was not ok with my electronics just thrown in a box. Nor was I ok, with my work desk being taken apart and not put back together or a bookcase place on top of a file cabinet in my new home. I attempted to contact the company and file a complaint and what I got was "So what do you want us to do, I am on a call with a customer." They were great up until the day of the move.
