Gulfscapes Magazine - Victoria Munt - Victoria Munt Starrett - Victoria Munt Rogers Do Not Be Deceived By Gulfscapes Magazine or Victoria, whatever her name is now Padre Island Texas
I too have been ripped off by this woman! Do not be deceived by her. I had been a writer for Gulfscapes Magazine and I know first-hand how she runs her business. Gulfscapes tries to pass itself off as a high profile, high society magazine. but her business practices are anything but high profile or high society as she would like to be known. She does not pay her publishers, she does not pay freelance writers and her website is a joke.
I had written for "Queen Victoria" on several occasions. We had agreed on a price per article and she treated me as if I was her closest friend but she never paid me. After calling and calling, constant emails and numerous attempts to collect payment for my articles, I finally gave up. She is as slippery as they get.
Her website links lead you nowhere. She even had the nerve to write a "fake" article on her website mustlovefishing.com. The article reads as if it were taken right off of the Ripoff Report of the person who purchased a subscription for her mother and never received all of her magazines. In her article, "someone" writes about this same exact scenario but that she was able to contact Ms. Munt, Starrett, Rogers.. and that the mix-up was only due to the fact that Victoria Starrett had recently married Craig Rogers. The article urges the reader to give Ms. Rogers another chance, because she does so much good for "alot" of people and that everyone should support Gufscapes Magazine.
It is hillarious reading! Clearly that article had been written by the queen herself. Who does she think she is fooling? I would recognize her verbage from a mile away.
Fair warning. do not order Gulfscapes Magazine. You will pay for it and never get it, you would be supporting someone who is unethical at the least, and you would only be adding fuel to the fire of a magazine going down the tubes!

Hmmm Mommabear, I think I am starting to see a pattern evolve. So far here at RipOff Reports weve seen that Victoria Munt Starrett / Victoria Munt Rogers does not: a) send her suscribers magazines nor provides them a refund when they don't get the magazine b) pay the companies that print and mail her magazine c) pay the freelancers that provide content for her magazine I expect we'll see reports added by her advertisers soon. What a scumsucking scammer! Maybe you can get paid by contacting her husband and magazine c0-owner , CraIG Rogers. He's a lawyer so hopefully he unnerstands what breach-of-contract means.
