Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We bought a 2016 Gulfstream Conquest in June 2016 for our once in a lifetime dream trip trip to Alaska. We stopped in Deerpark Wa for a few repairs to awning light and antennae and a few minor items. We asked them to check out our slide out since it is getting stuck when out. They made the repairs but refused to work on slide out. They told us to get it fixed when we got back to Missouri.

As the trip continued we would find the water pump was not keeping pressure.

Now when we drove in the rain, water was coming in under the slide out. The carpet and floor are soaked.

We are finding construction degree. Wood and metal on the counters and floors at every stop. Screws are falling out of closet doors and cabinets. Wallpaper, molding, and caulking are peeling off.

I emailed Gulfstream and they told us to have it fixed. No rv dealer in Alaska will do warranty work on a Gulfstream RV. I called every one where we were.

We had a dry camp scheduled for 2 weeks for our caribou hunt. Midway through the trip, the water pump is getting worse. My husband finally shot a smaller caribou so we could go back to rv parks so we could have water. He wanted a nice bull, but the water situation would not allow us to stay any longer.

We had trouble getting the slide out in again and water still coming in underneath.

The shower has wallpaper peeling and seals around the door leaking. The screws are already rusty. Showerhead will not completely shut off.

The layout is very nice. The furnace and refrigerator are working fine.

The cabinet above the couch had a door that we kept finding hanging when we stopped. The screw was put in at an angle and had stripped.

Closet door does not close at the bottom. It appears that it is warped, along with the dining table and counter and floors. We put a small level inside the door when we get to a campground. The floor inside of the door does not give an accurate level reading.

Molding around floor in the bedroom is loose, it looks like it was never glued or stapled.

Awning has a leak dead center by the wall. We had chairs with pair of leather gloves under it in the center and they were ruined from the leak during a rain.

Kitchen counter is warped. Caulking from the factory follows the warping. Kitchen table is also warped.

The mental frustration from this RVs problems has totally exhausted us and ruined the vacation we have been planning for over 5 years. We never want to own another rv again.
