H & R Block H & R Block At Home Over pay taxes by $444/ No Customer Service , Internet
H&R Block At Home mis-calculates state income taxes by assuming all tax free state bonds are taxable by your state even though they are your state tax free bonds. After calling H&R Block three times and each time I was promised I would be contacted no call was ever made. There is no way to over ride the mistake in the program. My choice was over pay my state taxes by $444 of do my state taxes the old fashion way. I spent far more time contacting H&R Block then it took me to do my taxes on paper. Perhaps this is H&R Blocks way of making sure no audit exception is made by your over paying your taxes.
