I worked for this company also. I too once loved working for this company. I was a manger of one of thier salons and tripled the business in this paticular salon. I kept a very satisfied staff. I retained my employees because we all had a deep respect for one another. I worked for this company for almost 10 years. For the last four I was the salon manager. Anyway, I too felt a shift in the way they were working and it wasn't a good one. They put me on probation because I was 2% under my budget. They put me on probation for not meeting a goal I created! They were going to 'fire' me so to speak as manager but let me stay at MY salon that I worked hard at. Instead I wrote a resignation letter and resigned. I began to look for another job even though I told them I would stay. Well to make a long story short, I quit and so did the rest of my staff. One I currently still work with at my new salon. I can see that they are still up to their old stuff. What is funny is that my old shop is around the corner and they can't keep a manager or staff and seems to be closed more than open. You can't treat your employees like this and expect them to stay. I loved this company and I still miss the OLD company. I hope it changes soon.
