Harper's Magazine North Shore Agency Harper's Magazine sent me a request to start a subscription. I did not reply to it as I did not want the magazine. They started sending me a bill but no magazine now I get this Delinquentce notice which may or may not cause aproblem as I am going to buy a house soon. Melville New York
Harper's Magazine sent me a request to subscribe to thier magazine. I did not want it so I did not reply. sometime later I got a bill from the magazine and I ignored it as I felt I had not ordered it. I also did not recieve a Magazine. Got a couple more bills then today I got this delinquentce lnotice. I went to pay it just to get it out of the ways and I see this could be an possible scam. I also feel I do not owe Harper's any money.
