Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a vehicle that broke down after I drove through a puddle. A guy promised to fix it. The place I usually go to complained that it was too far to travel to tow my vehicle. The guy finally looked at my vehicle and pronounced that the shaft was broken. Don't know how that could be, but that's not the subject. I made the mistake of deciding to abandon my vehicle. The guy who claimed that the shaft was broken actually got it started and moved it from a parking spot to another spot before my vehicle broke down again. It was well off the road, away from house and businesses and there were no no parking signs nor subject to towing signs. I was thinking of changing my mind and getting the vehicle towed by another towing company to sell it to my regular mechanic for nothing. But in LESS THAN 12 HOURS, Henry's wrecker stole my vehicle and sent me a bil for $6547.00!!!!! I told the boss that they needed to be tried and shot. Needless to say, I did not pay this member of the Virginia Towing Association. So much for associations. You know what I'm talking about! The IRS has shut this monster company down once. The IRS needs to shut down Henry's Wrecker permanently.

But the main reason I am submitting to ripoff report is an attempt to help the general public. There are many devils out there; Henry's abominable anti-service, anti-good is just the worst of many, many evil rats.

1. Keep your vehicle in good running order. It costs, but you know it's worth it and it could save you a lot of money in the future.

2. Make duplicates of your car, SUV, cycle, truck, whatever keys and give to loved ones and some one whom you can trust.

3. Make sure you know where the large parking lots are BEFORE you go any where. This could save you a lot of money in the future. Leech towcar companies, for the love of filthy lucre, will steal a large number of cars, deposit without permission in to a large parking lot {such as a Wal-mart, Target, mall, YMCA, stadium, Sam's, concert hall} and take them to the storage lot later.

4. Scout the area when you pick up your stolen vehicle. Some guys will leap in their car, turn the key and drive out the lot. All bullies are cowards. Henry's employees will get out of the way when you high tail it through the gate.

5. Help others: spread the word.
