METRO PSC SUCKS

Ordered a phone on metro pcs that was $99 with a $50 rebate. They didn't start processing the rebate for four weeks. Then four weeks later they said that I didn't qualify for the rebate, and why? BECAUSE I HAD BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER. You build a business by keeping your loyal customers happy and growing your customer base. It seems as though Metro PCS believe that once they get customers, they have no other opinions. So they offer new customers specials no offered to loyal customers. And what takes the cake is that the phone is being offer on their site for free, and when I talked to the rep, he wasn't able to send me a copy my signed rebate. I've stayed loyal to this copy for years, now this is the last draw. They don't understand that it is easier to keep a customer than find a new one. They just lost one, with three lines.
