I have read some of these reports and so far everything I have read is true. As a former client of "Herbert Davis" I can personally state that he will take you money and leave you hanging. I only wish I had known about the connection with Richard Murkey BEFORE I got involved with Davis. I only wish I had known about the real tactic that would be used i.e. send 10% and keep the rest and leave me to fend for myself in court. These things alone are a direct violation of the state of Ca. Bar code.
1: Doing business with a felon in your office and not notifying clients.
2: Allowing that same felon to have ANYTHING at all to do with clients money or financial decisions.
3: Leaving a client to answer for things himself unrepresented in court after he paid you.
4: Not returning clients money PER YOUR OWN CONTRACT! after he files request in writing by E-MAIL, FAX, PHONE, numerous times!
5: Not producing clients records when requested.
This has also been an interstate scam and I wonder just how big it is.
These things are just some of the direct violations. The so called Law office has several people there that know these rules. They Include Herbert Davis, Paula Salcedo, And of course the Known Felon and former Lawyer himself Richard Murkey.
There are numerous branches of our Gov. and agencies that I have reported these things to.
I hope that each of you is brought to justice for your crimes. I further hope that "clients" are given their money back. It is truly a sad sad day in this country when in any state a citizen needs to have a Lawyer to protect him from all of these opportunist scams that have sprouted up all across the country.
Herb, its not over, I will not rest, I will not stop, I will see you brought up on charges. I WILL get my money back from you. You should have just given me my refund when I asked. A REAL business man would have.

I encourage everyone to file their story and experience they had with the notorius Law offices of Herbert. If your story is true then he Can't sue you for libel and slander, no way that is going to happen. Tell us exactly how much he took you for and when, the more details the better!! I want everyone to know just what a scam his office is!! Herbert, you fu$$ed with the wrong guy also!! I want you to know this first hand!! You scum!!! Come on this site and post proof showing you actually settled one account for a client, yes show us, show us a letter where the creditor accepted your 10 percent PAYMENT for an Accord and Satisfaction, you're a fu%%ing joke!! The truth is you have no proof!! No creditor would accept 10 percent payment. Why do you even exist when a consumer can satisfy his own debt easily for 40 percent? There is no need for your services and nobody would ever hire you if they knew the truth about your scam. The world will be a much better place once your a*s gets shut down and the ftc will get a permanent injunction against your as%s, I only hope that Murkey will continue to do debt settlement under someone elses name once banned so he will do another 5 year stretch just like he did by doing credit repair LOL. Did you guys actually think your fairy tale scam was going to continue for ever and you were goig to make millions? Dream on is all I have to say. Rick you're a smooth talker, you'll need a smooth talking lawyer once the ftc gets a hold off your a*s, I hope you got money put away to pay back all the people you ripped off. I also want to make it absolutely clear that "PDR" and the Mack Group are coming for the ride, did you guys think you were going to get away with all the lies you fed to consumers when you threw them to the wolves by referring them to Herbert Davis for $500-2000?
I'm going to make sure you guys at PDR and Brce Mack get exactly what you deserve!! Judgment day is coming folks, I hear American Greed wants to cover this scam but don't hold me to it people, just a rumor I heard. Power to the people!!
If you're a victim I strongly suggest you come on here and speak your mind since the FBI will be reading all these reports. If you're in the Legal NCAI program or Law offices of Herbert Davis I suggest you all get whatever money you can get back and run for your lives, these scam artists will do nothing for you except to put you in a much worse position, you have all been warned.
