I ordered a bra to wear underneath my wedding dress from HerRoom via Amazon.com. I received it and had to wait another couple of weeks before my dress arrived. When it finally arrived, I found that the item was not as described. The lift it provided was very unnatural and showed under my dress. It was also not low in the back, as claimed. Because they had not provided a return/exchange policy on their Amazon seller page, and because I had not worn the item and all original tags were still attached, I thought it would be fine to return the item once I discovered it was not as described. Their customer service was extremely short and rude with me and refused to reason with me when I requested a refund. I informed them that they had not provided a returns policy on their Amazon seller page, but they insisted the return period was only 30 days and had already passed. I even took a screenshot of their seller page, which clearly stated, "HerRoom has not provided return and refund policies for display on Amazon." If I had been informed that they had such a short return period beforehand, I would not have ordered from them in the first place because I was not sure how soon my dress was coming and I needed to have the bra when my dress arrived so I could try it on with the dress and have alterations done. Given the circumstances, they should have made an exception, but they never budged. Very unreasonable. Very rude. I am extremely unsatisfied with this seller and their awful customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

You obviously did not read my report thoroughly. I did not say "given the circumstances" in reference to my personal situation. The circumstances to which I was referring were the fact that they had not posted their return policy on their Amazkn seller page, which is where I made the purchase. It was not listed there, nor was it listed in the paperwork I received with my package. I was never informed of their unreasonably short return policy until I requested a refund. The only indication I received if their so called return policy was a tag attached to the bra that read returns would not be allowed unless tag was still attached, which it is. Please don't respond to peoples' reports unless you are willing to thoroughly read AND comprehend what is said. You have no right to be on here attacking people if you can't comprehend simole English.

You do realize exactly how self entitled you sound when you say this..... Given the circumstances, they should have made an exception, but they never budged. Very unreasonable. Very rude. I am extremely unsatisfied with this seller and their awful customer service. BUYER BEWARE

You had 30 days to return it. The business that sold you the bra was NOT informed of YOUR intentions. So they cannot know what YOUR plans are. Since they gave you 30 days to return it, after the 30 days they will not give you a refund. You had a WHOLE MONTH to do the return but you did not. The reason behind why you did not has zero bearing on the return process.

So they should make a exception FOR YOU right?? So how many of these exceptions do you expect them to make? Should they hold to thier policies but they should only give YOU a exception? You do realize how spoiuled and self entitled you sound right.

YOU were NOT ripped off. You didnt get off your @ss and return the item within the 30 day time frame. It is not thier job to care about your personal life and situation. Since YOU couldnt be bothered to return the item in the time frame in which they COULD give you a refund, THEY are rude. Since THEY didnt give you your way, THEY have ripped you off. How does any of that work exactly??

YOU are the lazy one. YOU are the RUDE one. Once they told you sorry its past ONE MONTH they cannot give you a refund, you went all psycho. Then you compound the issue by making a COMPLETLY FALSE AND FAKE REPORT. Im tempted to forward this to them and let THEM descide if they wish to pursuit this issue with thier lawyers.  Silly little twits like yourself REALLY need to be taught a few lessons about life.

You THINK your safe sitting there at your computer filing FAKE and FALSE reports because they did not give the PRINCESS her way. But you are NOT safe and you are NOT anonymous. With JUST a court order they can find out exactly who you are and they can sue you for what you have said in your post. You cannot tell lies about a individual or business WITHOUT proof on the web. The courts define the web as a media outlet. So you will have opened yourself up to not only slander but character assassination and defamation of character. So when they sue you for what you have written, you have NO ONE to blame but yourself.

YOU are the scammer. YOU are trying to rip THEM off by posting your lies online. Its called social blackmail and the courts dont like that one as well. Your self entitlement is sickening. You are a spoiled little child who once they didnt get thier way, CHOSE to attempt blackmail. I think I will send a copy of your report to them. You need to be sued. You NEED to be taught a lesson. What you have done is WRONG and both you and your parents should be ashamed of yourself for your actions. They should be ashamed they raised such a spoiled and self entitled person. And they should be DEEPLY disturbed at how easily you lie.
