Your slow downloads were likely caused by either an ISP problem or your home network (if you have one). Do some basic research before going off on HP about something that isn't their fault. Now, as to their support. I agree that it is often hard to understand them (this is becomming more and more common these days), but I have NEVER been pressured or even asked to buy any support package. The only thing you should have to pay for is an out-of-warrenty repair, and ONLY if you send it in.

I have worked in IT for 10 years! Download Speeds have to do with your Internet, in other words Internet Provider. Check with them before you go poppin off about HP's tech support, Futhurmore they charged you because your computer is out of warranty! aahh DUH! 1 year manufact... warranty!!!Obvisouly you dont know jack about computers! stay in your lane next time.
