1. No one from HP will read your letter. 2. It's LAPTOP. Not lab-top. The ignorance of your letter is astonishing because... 3. Warranty is expired. Yes, it sucks, but what do you expect? Man up, get it fixed or get a new one. Whining won't help. They have no obligation to help you. The world's an imperfect place.
