Hi Signs: The Fath Group Dave Kelloway (primary) and Thomas Fath (owner) Lying Sack of !@#$ to save His own A**! Edmonton, Alberta Canada
I worked for Hi signs: The Fath Group and at the beginning they seemed to be a great company! however on the first day in the Calgary office, I was screamed at by a Jim Wilson who thought he was the " GM". I made a formal complaint and it fell on deaf ears.
A year went by and through out that year, Dave Kelloway, kept leading me on by saying "I will fix this " He never did. Dave kelloway, took on more then he then he could chew, by over seeing other work within the organization and couldn't see what was going on in his own back yard!
I didn't know all that information until a month after Dave Kelloway came to Calgary and let go of 4 out of 6 people and said he was closing the Calgary office. I learned tonight that my suspicions where right! Jim Wilson had sabotaged the whole company and Dave Kelloway fell for it!!!!
This company and the upper management can not be trusted! There is not training, support or authentic consideration for internal abuse! Jim Wilson abused everyone that worked at this company and it was never taken seriously. Dave Kelloway visited the Calgary location 3 times in one year for a total of six hours and felt that he could not deal with the " drama". He never took the time to ask the proper questions and trust the people (me) who had his back and where loyal to him through thick and thin!
I met a man tonight that filled me in on the LIES Jim Wilson told base on his information that was not accurate and he regrets feeding Jim Wilson that information.
I caution all those that apply to work for Hi Signs: The Fath Group in the future, If a Calgary location ever immerses again.....run if Dave Kelloway is still GM. I Think he only believes disturbed men that beat their wives and/or girlfriends (so "W" you know who I am speaking of) and doesn't step up as a man to take care of his only child for the last 30 years!
Hi Signs; The Fath Group is NOT an equal opportunity employer! If you have big balls and are willing to compromise your morals, then work for them.

I have worked for hi signs for about 6 years. In my working career I have worked at about 10 different companies, all for less than 2 years. Why? Because I kept moving around looking for something great. Now that I've found it, I don't plan to ever leave!
This company has been outstanding since day one for me, and it's unfortunate that this person doesn't agree.
I guess I would be disgruntled as well if I had a great position with great pay, a company vehicle, a company gas card, flexible hours, and then was let go.
In my experience here, nobody has been fired for being a great employee. People have been let go if they bring down the morale and simply are not good at their job.
Here at hi signs we have a very friendly environment with a family like atmosphere. We do not slam one another, especially by hiding behind a website, naming names, but then hiding our own identity. We really do wish this person all the best of luck, but please try to understand that we need good, hard working employees at our company.
Maybe you had a hard time doing your job because you were busy doing your side job on hi signs time? How come you didn't mention that in your report? How about how you were seen drinking at the pub at 2 in the afternoon on company time? No? No mention of that....?
We like to keep people on staff that please our customers, not ones that only get complaints. As all of our valued clients know, we strive on top quality and service. If you are not capable of providing that service, then maybe you could work for one of our competitors.
I would suggest a few things to you in the future:
1) If you would like to write about the company, then do that. Making suggestions about people beating their wives is very unprofessional and only makes you look incompetent of writing anything formal and with substance.
2) Take some grammar courses.
3) I've found a great company that could help you with what you need. You may call them at 1-800-651-6000. I would strongly recommend you call or at the very least, google the phone number to see how they can help.
