Highland walk has been under new management since.Kathy and her staff were fired. Matthew Ortinger2014-02-20, since they have become the head management of this apartment complex I have had more problems than anything. sure I was late on my rent but I use to call and give a notice of payment, now I have requested housing problems for several months now I have recordings and all they have been telling me is they will fix the problem, but no one has not come yet n these are the problem: 1. my ceiling in my kitchen where the light is is peeling n my light could have fell on my 1 yr old, 2 my bathroom ceiling is leaking n they said there is nothing they can do now I have watsr in my apartment n 3 my car was damaged n I asked to see footage since they claimed we have camaras and security buft I wasnt allowed to see anything.. I am still asking for my apartment to be fixed but all they doing is asking for money, n I feel I should nof have to pay for a damaged apartment. do not move to highlandwalk apartments their.management is horrible and all they want is money... please media contact me lawyers contact me my 1 yr old son has been getting sick due to the mewdew in my bathroom n furnaceaera

Colorado,So, you're habitually late paying your rent and NOW there are MANY things wrong with your apartment.

You sound like a serial deadbeat. Why would your paint peeling ceiling be likely to fall on your 1 year old?
