Hillary Sachs - fake casting director - from Hollywood??? FRAUD, clueless idiot, tool, total waste of time, TOTAL LOSER! Hillary is not an acting coach, industry insider, or career counselor. She is just an idiot, a phony, a fraud, a poser, and a total loser who used to temp in Hollywood CA
Hillary likes to pretend she used to be a casting director out in Hollywood, but she wasn't. She was never more than an office temp. In fact, two of her four credits on IMDB are (uncredited), meaning they don't show up in the credits of the film. She used to have more credits showing, but I had them removed.
She is a scam artist now living in Maryland where she will occasionally hold seminars pretending to be able to help people break into acting, but she can do nothing for your career. NOTHING. Do not pay this person $300 to attend her stupid seminars, she's not real and never has been. I'm also told she's tried her hand at being an acting coach, again she's an idiot don't trust her with your money. Working with her is a total waste of time.
She likes to promote her appearances by stating that she was a former casting director who worked in various casting departments, but she never did. She merely spent 15 years "temping" around town in her piece of junk, ten year old, Pontiac. She did make her way into a few casting offices, but she never ran an office. She answered the phone and sorted headshots. She was a glorified file clerk. The agents never asked for her and they certainly never listened to her. Her only real credits are the ones where she is listed as an "assistant." She briefly tried her hand at management and of course failed miserably because she's crooked in addition to being completely incompetent.
Please do not trust this person with your $300 to attend a one day seminar. She's a fraud. I worked with her and knew her in the day so when an associate shot me a link to one of her "Industry" seminars I felt I had to set the record straight. You work hard for your money, don't waste it on her. You only have so much time and money to push your career, don't waste it or let an tool like Hillary steal it from you. There's nothing she can do to further the pursuit of your artistic aspirations. In fact, one of her clients went from network television to youtube while he was inked to her company. So RUN from this talent manager. RUN!!!
