I wanted to buy a small condo. Hiroshi Fujii knew my boyfriend and said he knew about a great place for us. When we signed a contract, Hiroshi Fujii, asked for a $1000 referral fee. We found out from his ' broker' SAB reality that he was unlicensed but had I fact bought and sold several properties despite not having a license. In the end, we walked away from the deal because we were afraid to use an unlicensed broker.
