Hisense Home Appliances Hisense USA Prevented easy return of a new unit that was not working properly - stalled the process over and again and lied knowingly Swanee Georgia
Do not buy a Hisense product.
They will only send out a "refurbished unit" to replace your new but not working unit in addition they will lie to you and stall the process as long as they can and make it unbearable dealing with them. In addition they respond with emails in Chinese caligraphy so you can't understand and are not sure the documents they request actually get to them.
They are horrible horrible people at a horrible company
