The multi-directional HD antenna I purchased arrived damaged and has been nothing but trouble since it was installed. The amplified receiver is so cheaply constructed that the slightest touch causes it to lose signal. Very frustrating given the degree of difficulty required to mount the thing 20 feet above our roof and all the additional expense incured for that. Attempts to contact them via the email address on the warranty card yielded an undeliverable response. I have since located a webpage for this company but my particular product was nowhere to be found on the site. Take caution when doing business with these guys.
