Hisgadget, Inc or Esky or Chargerbuy or whatever name they are using today Garbage/cheap/poor quality electric dog fence system Union City California
We bought an electric dog fance system and it did not work out of the box. The wire was very thin and broke very easily. (note: if you have a perfectly smooth lawn with no rocks or bends it would work fine, our's is not.) We replaced the wire, which was not fun, with heavier guage wire from a diiferent manufacturer.
The second dog collar they sent worked for two weeks, the third and forth not at all.This was two and a half monthes after we ordered the electric dog fence system. Below is the last email we got from Hisgaget, Inc or whoever they are today.
Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for your kind patience.
I am so sorry that as I checked your sales record that we have resend you 2 collars, so we may not able to replace it anymore, hope you can kindly understand.

(The electric dog fence system has or suppose to have a one year wattanty) just sorry you are out of luck.
After dozens of emails and phone calls, no satifaction. I thinking they thought I would just give up. Yes they are cheaper than other electric dog fence systems but cheap is as cheap does. Do we need to say that we are not happy with Hisgadget, Inc. or that we recommend that you do not do business with them? It was like trying to communicate with a 1950's robot.
