Daniel L. Monaco, Sr. and his wife Susan F. Monaco owes my company $7,363.51. I run a small staffing company and supplied Mr. and Mrs. Monaco with 2 employees, as of June 2007 they stopped paying their bills. They utilized our services where we paid the temporary employees supplied to their company.
To make a long story short, it seems they open a company, run up bills for 1 to 2 years then move on to opening up another company disavowing or refusing to pay for past debts. I can take them to court, get a judgement and place a lien on their company but they would probably just open up another company avoiding payment on a judgement.
In addition, they operate a building cleaning service where they have no physical assets, the trucks are leased so they know they can get away with this. After screwing us out of this money I know they started talking with another staffing company about getting employees. They just keep going through the phonebook until they run out of companies they've screwed.
My research shows they originally started out in Lansdale, Pennsylvania as DMI Commercial Building Services in 1998. They moved to Orange Park Florida and bought Hite's Exterior Maintenance, ran up bills and changed the name to Exterior Services of Jacksonville. This was the time period they ran up their debt with my company.
Since that time, Mr. Monaco who was President of Exterior Services of Jacksonville has resigned his position there and now works under the guise of CW Source at the same address. Anyone doing business with this team or providing services should be extremely cautious, ask for collateral or money up front, don't get screwed like I did. These people have no conscience and open and close businesses leaving a wake of personal debt in their path.
There should be a law against people like this operating a "shell game" with companies, allowing them to continue to operate. The Monaco's live at xxxx Sophie Place in Middleburg, this community is close gated and called the Ravines. They obviously have money, I guess you can do that if you never pay your creditors. Mr. Monaco's cell phone number is (904) xxx-xxxx (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) for anyone in the same boat as me and wants to try and collect the just money they are owed.
