Called in once again and was told my furniture would be replaced. I then get a call from my furniture Tech saying he has been sent to inspect furniture. He was here today, and made the conclusion that the furniture was not worth repairing. called in in, and they said they would not replace it. Talked to Charles supposedly a supervisor in the consumer advocasy group. He told me it should take 30 days for me to get a letter. Then after pressuring, he changed his story to 7 business days. Then questioning if 30 or 7 days, he had to go and verify the right answer, he was then unsure how long it should take. I was put on hold, yet again, It seems there is a standard answer for everything, until they get pinned down, then they have to verify, cause they dont know. This claim has now been in some type of state of question for OVER 1 YEAR. The keep saying that I must get a call or letter from the company before anything will go on. I think the USPS and SBC could get a call through within a YEAR IF they (Stainsafe) had put forth the effort. I still have a frame broken on my couch and, I have paid for my couch through the salvage department over 6 months ago. They have my money for the couch when I originaly purchased it, they have my money again when I purchased it through salvage. Now there is still nothing being down.
