I wish I could rate this company with minus 10 stars! I have purchased a product from their website on August 7th, and paid with PayPal. The shipping address on both my PayPal activity log and their own Order Status page is correct (see attached screenshot of their order status page, taken today). However it's missing my billing information on Hobbytron's system.

I've tried contacting them twice via their online contact form, and they never replied to any of my messages.

Today I tried reaching out to them again, this time via their online chat. As stated in many of the comments placed before mine, they were extremely rude and insisted my shipping address was incomplete and that they would cancel my order and refund (despite my insisting I wanted the order shipped to the address that's REGISTERED IN THEIR SYSTEM).

Now I've opened a dispute on PayPal and am waiting for them to resolve this as I am now stuck with this problem where they don't update my order's status, I cannot even login and cancel my order (to get a proof of cancellation), since after today's "customer support experience" I am really pissed off with these "customer support" A*HOLES.

In case anyone is curious about how "nice" they are, I have made the transcript of my chat with A*HOLE Specialist "Kristina G." available publicly:

I've tried also to reach out to them via their facebook page; after almost a full week, 'Ben, the supervisor' has replied to my messages just citing the same awful things 'Kristina, the customer satisfaction expert' has told me. I've since this moment had it with this company - these people shouldn't be employed at all, they ruin any business with their poor attitude and disregard to customer satisfaction.

I suggest people from now on don't buy anything from this "store". They are a bunch of wimps and scammers - STAY AWAY FROM HOBBYTRON AT ALL COST!
