NOVEMBER 3,2004 IN REBUTTAL TO "THE COMPANY NAME CONFUSION" REPORTED 10/19/2004 BY LEGAL COUNSEL "LISA" FOR INK HALF PRICE, LET ME BE VERY CLEAR: THE COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST HOLIDAY ENTERPRISES, INC ORIGINATED BECAUSE, BOB SMITH / INK HALF PRICE WAS HOLIDAY ENTERPRISES, INC. INK PROVIDER FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS. DURING THAT TIME HE WAS PAID IN FULL FOR PRODUCT BY HOLIDAY BUT FAILED TO SHIP COMPLETE ORDERS. THIS OCCURED WITH MANY OF HOLIDAY ENTERPRISES, INC. CUSTOMERS REQUIRING HOLIDAY TO PURCHASE PRODUCT A SECOND TIME FROM ANOTHER VENDOR AND CURE SMITH'S SHORTAGES. A TRUE COMPLETE ACCOUNT OF INK HALF PRICE AND MR. SMITH'S ACTIONS CAN BE OBTAINED BY OBTAINING A COPY OF A FULTON CO. (GA) LAWSUIT FILED BY HOLIDAY ENTERPRISES, INC. AGAINST INK HALF PRICE AND BOB SMITH, CASE NO. 2004CV80775. THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN HOLIDAY ENTERPRISES, INC., dba HOLIDAY INK AND INK HALF PRICE OR MR. SMITH.

As legal counsel for Ink Half Price, Inc., we would like to make consumers aware that Ink Half Price, Inc. is a separate and distinct company from Holiday Enterprises and Holiday Ink Half Price and are not affiliated in any way. Moreover, there are currently two pending lawsuits concerning the unlawful trademark and copyright infringement on behalf of Holiday Enterprises, to the detriment of Ink Half Price, Inc. The complaints listed in the Rip-Off Reports do not relate, in any manner, to my client, Ink Half Price, Inc.
