i went to work for the holiday inn at 3855 ih 35, in san antonio, texas in july of 2006. when the supervisor hired me i told him that i demanded respect on the job. after a few days, he started talking down to me, he started with the racial slurs, i am white, and he is hispanic. when he would talk to me, he would turn and walk away while talking, and i could not hear a word he said. when i asked him what he said, he just ignored me. he would tell me to go do something, and then he would go and flirt with the maids, and never did any work, and he was making all of the money. his name is joe m. he is 61 years old, and he would always tell me personal things like he only would sleep with younger girls. this hotel has a pervert working for them and they don't even know it. whatever you do, watch it when you stay at this hotel

You played the race card on the third line of your post when you stated "i am white, and he is hispanic" Most people would say that by making statement, you played the race card. Anyway, you didn't answer my question, which as I stated that I knew you wouldn't, so I'll ask again. How many jobs have you had? Since you quit every time you don't "get" respect. And one last thing before I go and wait for your answer, please turn OFF the caps lock. Which is rude. And might be one of the reasons you don't "get" respect. Please respond.

Um Unknown or Richard, whichever you decide to call yourself today, can you please answer a question for me. How many jobs have you quit because you didn't 'GET' respect? And if you quit any time that you don't 'GET' respect your resume must have a new job listed every month. PLEASE answer this for me, and be honest. But I know that you won't. So I am DARING you to. And since Joe IS/WAS your boss, he can do what ever he wants and the maids can bring him up on charges if they want to. AND QUIT PLAYING THE RACE CARD.

Respect has nothing to do with it. i TOLD THE SUPERVISOR BEFORE HE HIRED ME, THAT I HAVE BEEN TREATED BADLY IN PAST JOBS THAT IS WHY I QUIT. AND I TOLD HIM THAT IN ORDER FOR ME TO WORK THERE, I DEMANDED RESPECT. I NEVER GOT IT. ALL HE DID WAS HARASS ME, CALL ME RACIAL NAMES, AGAIN, HE IS HISPANIC, AND I AM WHITE. HE NEVER DID ANY WORK, HE ALWAYS FLIRTED WITH THE YOUNG MAIDS, HE IS AN OLD MAN. SO IN RESPONSE TO ''YOUR'' COMMENT, YOU SHOULD RESPECT REGARDLESS, ESPECIALLY IN THE BEGINNING, AND IF THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT, THEN YOU STOP GIVING IT. BY THE WAY, YOU MUST BE A HOLIDAY INN EMPLOYEE SINCE YOU ARE PROTECTING THEM.
