Home Annex - Decor66 Don't do business with these theives Brooklyn New York
I have learned a very hard lesson about buying online from a company you don't know. I was looking for some very specific lamps online and I found them at this web site. It was www.decor66.com aka www.homeannex.com. One and the same. I later found that the company has many different names. I ordered the lamps, almost $300. They said they would arrive in two to three weeks. I was excited to get them so I emailed them to get a tracking number. No reply. So I tried to call. Couldn't get through to a live person. I emailed again. No reply. After 4 weeks with not contact and no mechandise I did wait on the phone for over 20 minutes at customer service line. Finally got a person, who said she would check and see if they had been shipped. I told her if they had not, I wanted the order cancelled. I was told I had to do that by email. She called back said the order had not even been shipped yet at 4 weeks out. So I emailed several times to cancel. Finally when I went into my account I could see it was cancelled. Now at 5 weeks and at least 10 more emails no refund of my money in site. No emails in reply from the company. I tried to call again this morning. Waited on line 20 minutes again to speak to a live person, only to be sent to a voice mail box at the end of the wait. I finally called my bank and they are going to try to deal with this company. What a rip.....never never oder from them. I would love to sue them if I could. Jerks. Awful customer service. Wonder if anyone ever gets their order.
