Home Comfort Furniture And Mattress highway robbery Raleigh North Carolina
I purchased furniture from Home Comfort and made a down payment of $1200.00. After the furniture was delivered I called back to the store on the same day and advised them the furniture was not going to work out. I left all the tags on the furniture and did not sit on it for the 2 days it was in my house. I was informed I would be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase. When I received the refund check , I called the store and was told I was also charged $180.00 fee for delivery, pick-up, and tax. In total they got me for a total of 335.00 and I received nothing. This is just ridiculous!!!!! Do not buy anything from this company!!!!!
