Received email regarding a work at home system, for $2.99 postage I would receive newsletters regarding business ideas and more info om their system. I paid postage on 7-24-11, starting receiving  th worthless newsletters. In emails being sent by them was a space provided to stop senting emails. I did just that. Chalked up the $2.99 paid for postage as a learning experience. Well surprise, surprise !! I go on-line tocheck my account and what do I see... $139.99 taken out of my account for payment of their Home Income Profit Kit ! Called the toll free number 877-867-3750, confronted their " customer Service Rep" , explained the problem, and he refused to refund my money. stated That I had agreed to a contract once I ordered the newsletter. And the SOB hungup on me.

I Also Was Scammed by Them

I also got an email from someone I thought was a friend of my son. I decided to try it for $2.99 and when I went to change my mind, they gave it to me for 99 cents. I signed up for the website and they kept asking me to upgrade to Pro. I kept refusing and then about a week later I got a call from Paypal asking me if I authorized the charge of $139.99. I told them NO and they gave me the number to call to dispute it.The number was 877-529-6720.

I got a very RUDE customer service rep on the phone. He said the 99 cents was for a 5 day trial only and I should learn how to read the terms of service. I told him I wanted a refund and he at first said NO. Then I told him I would plaster info all over the internet about his scam and he said he would refund half the money. I said NO- refund it all!! He proceeded to be very very rude and basically called me stupid for signing up for something I didn't read the TOS on.He said it clearly states it is a 5 day free trial and then if you don't call to cancel it-you will be billed the $139.99 for the Home Internet Biz Kit.(I looked this over several times and still can't find that part)
Then I started crying and telling him I was on disability and I don't have any money, etc, etc. He finally agreed to refund my full amount and gave me an authorization number for the full refund. I will now see if I get the refund. I just did it today, so I will give it a few days before calling back.

Paypal told me they could not deny or cancel the transaction because it was already authorized. She told me she sees this all the time from this company and that people are just being scammed. What good is Paypal, if they call you to warn you, but can't deny the charge if you tell them you didn't authorize it? The rude customer service rep at Home Internet Biz said that by providing your email address to them, you are authorizing them to bill your card or account. I told him bull, I didn't sign anything and we would see what my attorney has to say about that.

I would suggest anyone falling for this, like I did, to cancel the card they used to sign up and get a new card number, to avoid any future charges. I just hope I get my refund. I am including the email I originally received:
