Homes of merit is a real rip off and danger. still in the middle of a law suit. plumbing is not right in any way. sewer gas tried to kill me. still on antibiotics. floors stsed up. gas hot water heater installed wrong. not enough space to put all in here.
can't live in it. we never signed off to pay for this pile of junk. we started having to pay notes before it was set up. we do wonder who signed for the bank to pay them. if this is the best God help everyone. lies and fraud. check out the 5 year protection plan. big joke and check out the rico act. it covers this kind of thing not just the real bad guys.
find an attorney who will let you pay later. they are out there. h o m prey on the poor and elderly and people who can't fight back. write the governer. i am.
what they do is a crime. don't do this just for you. do it for all the ones that were damaged by not just this company but a industry that has a license not only to steal but harm your health and well being. beautiful house a real KILLER. it is time to fight back

I have had problems from day one

I have had simuliar problems from day one. My fireplace has leaked. My roof is cracking, leaks around the skylites, beams are cracking. Not sure if it is because the house is settling or what. Can not find any information on the warranty. My house is 10 years old so I guess there is nothing we can do. Any suggestions!
