I was of the impression that the service would be $1.26 less. It could
be since my eyes have gone blurry, but in my household every penny
counts. For some, its only a small cheeseburger at the drive-thru; for
me it's my lunch. I live on a very fixed income. Maybe it wasn't their
fault, but the pricing should have been a lot bigger for folks like me.
What this world has come to is beyond me.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I thought all trials were free. I thought they just hold your credit card until the trial period was over. I check my credit card the next day, and it's charged! I guess it said on the site, but a little more help would have been useful! It's like these guys only want money. I think that if the service is really as good as they say it is, the trial should be free. Anyway I was so enraged that I called back and cancelled before the end of the trial. $5.49 lesson I guess: not all trials are free.

Next time learn how much people hate a company, try the Google, and practice keeping your ignorant mouth shut.
2010 recent report of no contact, no licensing, no registration, etc.
Your type of intelligence is the reason why America keeps getting screwed by monopolostic companies. The type? LACKING. Another fine example of the failing public education system.

Well maybe one good reason why the company wasnt answering was because your dialing the wrong number. The correct number to homestarsearch is 888-262-0830. NOT 263-0830 Like you have posted above. Before you start slandering other companies why dont you make sure your information is correct before you slander other companies.
