Hometown America Equity Lifestyle Properties Are you kidding me? Rockland, Massachusetts
I went to look at a place yesterday and learned that this place is not well maintained. I drove in today and talked to some of the people living there. The sense of community in a place that lacks community (ie, Rockland) is not here. I went to Lesurewood after and got approached by an agressive person I think named Mike. I asked about the pool and was told only if I 'buy' something that I could 'see' it. Weird. I am only posting this to say that somethin is off about these places and who is running thm. I saw a big weirdness in the lot fees. Was told by my realtor, don't ever invest in a mobile. You will never return you investment. so true
