I had ordered a pair of Geo Bambi Sesame Gray Color contacts which said IN STOCK from honeycolor.com. I paid for express shipping in order for my contacts to be here in 3~5 days. When I placed that order in the night, they emailed me in the morning saying they are OUT OF STOCK of this item. They told me to kindly reply back as soon as possible for my 2nd choice of lenses. I didn't have a second choice of lenses, so I asked them when they will be in stock again. (Note I paid express shipping, to have them at my house in 3~5 days.) I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

With no reply after a few days, I asked them to just give me my money back since they are out of stock, and I was not going to receive my order in the 3~5 days that I had paid for. They told me to give them the order number of my item. I gave it to them, and said thank you, and to respond back when they would get my money back.

A few days have gone by, and no response. I have been checking my PayPal account every day to see if they have put my money back in. I have sent them over 10 emails with my item number, and to please respond back as to getting my money back. No response yet, and I don't believe my money will EVER be put back in.

I have read bad reviews about HoneyColor.com, but I decided I would give them a chance, and to purchase an item. The same things have happened to other people; No response to emails, and no contact lenses being received.
