Hello, To submit for a refund please send an email to: [email protected] You must include the following in your email: -Your first and last name the purchase was made under -Your address the purchase was made under -Your email and phone number, so we may contact you. -The name of the website you purchased from You will get a confirmation email that we received your email; if you do not get a confirmation email within 48 hours, WE DID NOT get you email, and resend it please. All of this information is needed so we may confirm you indeed bought a product from one of our sites. (We often get confused with other sites) If we find that you have not already been given a refund, or you have not been credited back already by your bank or credit card company; we will look at your account and notify you if you qualify for a refund. If you qualify for a refund, it will be mailed to you in the form of a cashiers check. Please be patient with us, as we try and resolve your complaints. We want you to be happy. Thank you, Management
