Hopemills.com - NATIONAL CITY BANK Ripoff, VISA DEBIT PURCHASE FROM WEB PITTSBURGH Pennsylvania
I purchased a product from hopemills.com over the web. when it arrived it was not correct!(medication). I notifird web site. I tried to return products and reported to NATIONAL CITY BANK CARD SERVICES. VISA removed charge from my account. This was in May 2005, hopemills.com requested that my VISA be put through again. showing that I received order.
In July NATIONAL CITY removed the $239 again from my checking account, causing a reversal of funds, 6 nsf charges, and my checking acct to be overdrawn. I was also charged $6 a day for the account being overdrwn. total loss to me was over 500.00, report to checknet cancelation of my acct.
I tried resolving this prior to the reversal but the bank employrr denied talking to me Ms. Stein. I also spoke with the banks card service department in Clev. Ohio.
I am disabled and had my social security direct deposited into NATIONAL CITY monthly. I had to cancel my direct deposit. My health has not been adequate to pursue bank. I did try talking to manager w/ no luck or sense of concern. I guess if you don't have tons of cash in their bank, you're not a priority to them!
