Hopetohomeowners.com They said they would guarantee me a loan refi or modification and they did nothing and charged me $1000.00. They will not reimburse me Internet
Do not use this company for a refi or modification. They tell you they can do all kinds of things to help you. As soon as you pay them the upfront fee of $1000.00 they are very slow in getting back to you and act as if they dont care anymore. The sales rep assured me he could help me. Even after I told him about my loan and i specifically asked him is my bank willing to work with you guys he said absolutely. He mentioned " its a no brainer for you to use us since we can get your bank to approve fixing your loan" .. Their excuse in the end was we couldnt help you because your bank wont work with us.
Please be careful this company does not guarantee anything and they will not reimburse you the $1000.00 you pay up front.
