Horizon Cleaning Services (Tampa bay area) CArpet/ Upholestry Warranty and Horrible Service !!! Beware and I mean it !! Internet
I found this company in the flyer ( one of the local papers that come in the mail ) and I found an awesome deal, but this awesome deal turned into a nightmare after all. First thing that happened was my carpets looked like their machine just pushed dirt around on my floor. Second, the stains still appear all over my carpet and you know what that means, poor service. Third, the guy that came to clean our carpets told us if we buy this great deal for a warranty we will get free cleaning and will only have to pay for the chemicals. Now, I just called literally ten minutes ago and the lady was so rude to me. She was a dumb girl who basically told me she wasn't going to hear me complain to her in so many words. She told me to calm down and she wasn't going to talk to me if I didn't. What kind of customer service is that in the first place. I am trying to figure out why I paid 75.00 extra for this warranty if I am only going to have to pay 35.00 for each room. Thats 70.00 in total. WTF? Wow! I get a 5.00 discount. Oh and to find out that the guy who cleaned my carpets is no longer working with them says it all.
Can't trust anyone these days.

i am sorry that you didnt do the math before you spent your money if you thought that anyone would provide any kind of in house service for seven bucks you need to go back to school the warrenty is arip off just like the fact they dont use hot water and there is nothing you can do about because if the company gets shut down they will have a new name is hours they have many names now i wish i was smarter before i started working with them because they would take my paychecks from $550 by thee time they were done it would be $170 i dealt with it for a while because i had a baby coming but as soon as the baby came i smartened up got an invester and now run an honest cleaning buz with a $20 thousand dollar truckmount not a ten yr old cold water piece of junk i think a lot of people learn after the fact but thats life
