Hotels.com They did not honor my conformation code. They screwed me to resale my hotel reservation at a higher amount to local event Internet
Hotels.com screwed me a few years back and I feel your pain. They did NOT honor my confirmation code in Colorado Springs, instead they resold my reservation for a higher price to a sports event and I barely got a room. The town was packed. I went from a nice hotel to super 8. Thanks!!! Hotels.com and Captain Oblivious!!!
My advice is to use sites like trivago and kayak or hotels.com and get your quote and then CALL the local hotel (not the 800 number) and ask them to match and they will because they AVOID the commission to scumbag websites. If you do like a booking website and they are reputable then support them. I cannot endorse Hotels.com
