right after you place your order the shadiness begins. there is little information about what you ordered and the status of your order (just a order # and shipping method) with about 3 pages of disclaimers. in these disclaimers that is a bit of info about CHARGEBACK/COLLECTIONS and that states that if you call your bank and get your money back they will send you to collections and then bill you $100.00

a few days after you place your order you receive another vague email stating your item(s) "has already shipped a few business days ago" with out a tracking # or a way to check the status of youre item via the web site. when you do wish to contact the company you have to go thru a 3rd party website to get in contact with them, hello 3 more pages of disclaimers and 2 pages of info you have to fill out to be able to send them a ticket , thats right a ticket that only allows 250 characters in the comment box. so you have to give them your order # and ask what is going on. 3 days later they got back to me giving me a different date of delivery, it is now past both of those dates.
NOTE: i ordered 2, 6 inch cords and the shipping cost was 17.98 (the two items totaled 9.78 and weighed about .15lbs a peace)

weather or not my item has been shipped on said date (that is vague date to begin with) there is no way for the buyer to know due to no tracking # and the lack of communications from/with the company also that you have to go thru a 3 party to contact the company.

i am currently in contact with my bank and opening an investigation on this matter without initiating a "chargeback". i really hope i do get this part some time bc then my bank informed me that i can open law suit and open a case with the better business bureau (thank you usaa for being so helpfull).
im not looking for money at all but i am looking to shut places like computechnologies down.

After we post the facts and nothing but the facts, he does nothing but attempt to redirect his complaint with more bs information. Stick to the facts and the events. We stated exactly what happened.

If we did something against the company policies, this person would be jumping all over it, but instead wants to misdirect people and change the subject. As far as the shipment date is concerned we dont specify shipment dates for this exact reason, so some physco can say oh it was supposed to be shipped on 1/15/2011 and I got it 1/16/2011. Once again read the policies its exactly stated in the policies. If you dont agree with it dont buy it and go elsewhere.

The bottom line is that the policies were clearly stated, they were repeated numerous times, so there is no way you couldnt of known about it, regardless of what you say! You decided on your own to purposely violate the agreement, threaten employees of our company, and conduct yourself in a less than professional manner.  If you were professional about it, non of this would of happened period! Your the one that decided to break the policies, threaten people, and falsify chargebacks as an act of revenge and as a result our company took immediate action as outlined in the policies. So dont sit there and act like the innocent victim, because you werent and the documentation in our possession proves it. And case in point, we purposely repeat these policies over and over again prior to filling out the ticket for support, and lone and behold, he still violates it. 

Whatever his lying excuses where, the fact that he is only placing this false report for the reason of him being sent to collection and for his conduct. It had nothing to do whatsoever with the purchase but the fact that now if the debt is not paid, its going to stay on his credit report and stay there until its paid. We have all the informaiton and documentation which show he purposely violated the agreement. So next time think and learn how to spell Kenny!

The bottom line and we know exactly who is saying these lies. There is an agreement that is placed point blank infront of all customers prior to any purchasing is done. The fact is you tell our company that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale. Then you continue to the checkout process stating again that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale. Then complete the order and the policies are stated point blank.

Your given 5 additional emails with the contact information and the company policies again. The collections policies were stated numerous times. You think you can blackmail someone and threaten someone and get away with it. Not the case.

The bottom line is that no one will put up with your type of behavior. If you simplely contacted our company and acted in a mature manner, we would have no problems whatsoever. But you decided to forgo any type of contact and go right ot the chargeback.

We dont do anything to anyone that conducts themselves in a professional manner, but we not going to stand by and allow people think they can violate an agreement, thinking they can do whatever they want. Then when someone stands up and fights back you go and cowardly sound like the so called innociatent victim spreading their lies!

We have all the documents to back up what we say including our words, unlike you! All the collections policies were stated upfront, you the one that started the whole thing not us.

fact is you spend to much time attempting to defend your self and attempt to debunk your customers with "facts"
fact is my self and other ppl that have filed complaints got screw bc we are "morons".
fact is you never once sent me a tracking number on my packeg.
fact is i never made a threat.

i do wonder how a company that dose not exist have a legal department ? if it dose im sure they would be advising you to not go after the ppl that you attempt to screw over because your not legally running a bussiness.

i will enjoy your response with my cup of tea.

i will take a stab in the dark and say your a college drop out. you droped out of attempting to be a lawyer and you took the little that you learned and found the best way to take peoples money and get away with it by attempting to bully them.

i really wish i was'int pour or had a little bit of money then i could afford legal advice.

Those so called 2 pages of collections are designed for idiots like you that try to black mail companies into breaking their own policies. They are there for a reason to protect our company from idiots like you. The 250 character limit is there for another reason, for idiots like you that cut and paste pages of emails into the ticket. Anything over 250 characters, your just rambling on.

What we love is the BS people right & we just state the facts.  The so called price, it was stated right there on the checkout and you agreed to it. What he had purchased was (2) Toshiba DC Cables. Mind you the going price of these cables is $29.99 plus shipping as shown here

Now mind you he's writing this on June 14, 2011 and already making threats of initiating a chargeback against our company. The item shows delivered on June 17, 2011

Now he's making chargeback threats right here infront of everyone to see and then goes to complain about the collections and chargeback policies we have. This is the exact reason why we have that disclaimer and rest assure Kenny, you file that chargeback you will be sent to collections and mail order fraud charges will be filed against you.

You came into our support site, read the disclosure, signed it so you know exactly what will happen. Even before that, these collection and chargeback policies are stated clearly prior to any purchasing being made. The first thing he had to do before any purchasing stated was click a link that stated that he had read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale. Then during the checkout he agreed again that he read and agreed to them. So thats two times prior to any sale being made. The prices where stated clearly and moron there submitted his payment information. If you didnt like the price, simple go buy it somewhere else! No one forced you. So stop complaining moron!
