I contacted sent an email to herbalzenzations.com to see if they wholesale any of the products that they have listed on their site. I was emailed back (after two days) by someone calling himself "TIM". He stated he would forward me a wholesale price list, which he did. There was one particular product I was interested in and made an order for it. I conformed the price with tim before paying. I also asked when it would ship once paid. He stated they have eveyrhting in stock and will ship same or next day. I made the payment. Two days later, after not hearing anything, i tried conatctin Tim via email and phone. Left messages....no body got back until day 4. tim stated that they made a mistke with the price (eventhough the HARD COPY of the price sheet listed it CLEARLY), and that I had to pay the difference if I wanted the products. I asked if he can honor the price he quoated me and that was on the price sheet he emailed me. He stated he could do that. So, I asked for a refund. More than a weeke later, I have not heard from "Tim" or anyone else at herbalzenzations.com about this issue. They have NOT refunded me and forced me to put in a claim with my bank/card.
VERY unprofessional and a BIG SCAM!! DO NOT buy from herbalzenzations.com. You will not get your products or your hard earned money back. After I went through this, I read a lot more scam reports on this so called company. Guess I should have done my homework before jumping the gun. A warning to everyone out there though!! Do not fall for it like I did.

HerbalZensations.com has been in business for over 10 years, processes hundreds of orders per day and have NEVER taken anyone's money.
Perhaps you ordered an item that was backordered. Did you try reaching us via email?
Also, bulk pricing and availability is subject to change. It says so right on our website. My salesperson Tim did contact you regarding the wholesale price structure change, but you refused to accept this and your order was canceled.
Since the vast majority of our products are natural and are grown by small farmers all around the world. So, if one were to order 5 kilograms of an herb, chances are that it will take a bit longer to fill such an order, as the crop must be harvested and then the package make its way through customs.
When you are ordered natural products in bulk you need to have a little patience. From the time you placed your order to the time you received a refund was a total of 2 weeks. One can not simply snap their fingers and have mother nature create x amount of an herb they want.
Your bank card claim came across my desk a week ago. I threw it in the trash. Keep in mind this was only a matter of days after the original order. I don't have time for it. We don't want your money and are not going to fight with you about it. You need to have a little patience when it comes to purchasing wholesale organic products.
We process cancellations and refunds once per week, you refuse to wait even a few days then accuse us of stealing.
Bottom line is this customer wanted something for nothing and has been refunded in full.
