Hunter Rentals Does not give receipts for payment. Killeen, Texas
As a matter of policy, they absolutely will not produce a receipt for your rental payment. Another policy is that they will enter the property at any time without prior notification (and they do). One property we were offered had mildew in the ceiling, another had urine and boogers on the walls. If you deploy, they will not let you out of your lease. Overall a very poorly run business that does not show any concern for the renter, soldier, or basic standards of customer service.
