I initially cancelled my order for Hydroxatone within minutes of placing the order because I felt that I had been very highly pressured by the salesperson. Within a week I received the order and my account was charged for the product $49.95 + $6.95 shipping and handling. I immediately informed my bank that the deduction from my bank account was unauthorized. They in turn replaced the funds and informed me there would be an investigation of the situation. A couple weeks later I was told that it had been determined that Hydroxatone was authorized to take my money. So my bank deducted the money once again. After many calls to Hydroxatone I finally was told by Michael that my money was released and would appear in my account within 30 days. It was never returned. I repeated many calls to Hydroxatone until they finally informed me they sent the money and a charge back had taken place and only my bank could fix this. I then called my bank and was told my time limit was up and it was no longer in their hands. I would have to contact Hydroxatone. I am fed up. I want my money back. I never wanted the product to begin with.
