Hydroxatone/ bellezza Products ripped me off Hoboken New Jersey
heard about free trial offer on local radio. received product times 2. not free charged me 149.99. overdrafted my account. called them got refund immediately. sent product back. thirty days later they debited 149.95 out of account. called again . was laughed at. proved i sent product back. got money back. product is wothless. making complaint to BBB. they are ripping off many people who don't get their money back. told them they were committing fraud. hope someone can stop this!!!!!!!!!

I initially cancelled my order for Hydroxatone within minutes of placing the order because I felt that I had been very highly pressured by the salesperson. Within a week I received the order and my account was charged for the product $49.95 + $6.95 shipping and handling. I immediately informed my bank that the deduction from my bank account was unauthorized. They in turn replaced the funds and informed me there would be an investigation of the situation. A couple weeks later I was told that it had been determined that Hydroxatone was authorized to take my money. So my bank deducted the money once again. After many calls to Hydroxatone I finally was told by Michael that my money was released and would appear in my account within 30 days. It was never returned. I repeated many calls to Hydroxatone until they finally informed me they sent the money and a charge back had taken place and only my bank could fix this. I then called my bank and was told my time limit was up and it was no longer in their hands. I would have to contact Hydroxatone. I am fed up. I want my money back. I never wanted the product to begin with.
