Iberia Firearms / James Cole , major con artist. DO NOT do business with James Cole or Iberia Firearms under any condition. James Cole bounced not 1 not 2 but 3 checks to pay for delivery of goods that we sent him, both business and personal checks where bounced. He is a major con artist, has no morals, a real low life who took delivery of goods and sent us 3 bad checks and wont return the goods or pay for them with a valid check.

Not sure how the above advertiser made it past the monitor on this site, but you should ignore it. It shouldn't cost you anything to get your money from this person.
Bad checks are usually the easiest ripoffs to resolve because writing bad checks is illegal in most jurisdictions. You have the evidence right in your hand. Here's how you can resolve this. Do a little Internet research and find out who the D.A. or county attorney is that handles bogus checks in the check writers location. Contact them and get the ball rolling. Most D.A.s are very aggresive about these kinds of cases because they are easy (the bad check is all the evidence they need) and they have the threat of criminal prosecution to back them up.
While there are no guarantees, I've found that this is the most effective way of getting your money back on a bad check. And it's also free.
