We ordered and paid for a Nordic Track C990 Treadmill on Black Friday 11/25/16 ($1000.00 paid). We received a call a week before delivery, stating it would be delivered on December 14, 2016, between the hours of 8:00am-12noon. At 11:50am on December 14, 2016 we received a call to say that they company lost out Treadmill and we're "looking"for it. After several phone calls from my husband and I ... the shipping company & Icon Fitness/Nordictrack.com never apologized, said no manager was available to speak to. We are now waiting for a second Treadmill that has been ordered by the company, and a 10% credit. This has been going on since our first order was "lost" on 12-14-16. We are out $1000.00 and have been rudely dismissed by all customer service reps. in Icon Fitness / Nordictrack.com We would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We are looking into "Help Me Hank" here in Massachusetts were we live. Dependable Customer Service is so important these days, Icon Fitness / Nordiactrack.com have not met this standard.
