My husband set our alarm off on purpose. No one ever called and the police never showed up. When we called the 800 number on the sign outside our door the office was closed. We quit paying them and now we are getting harrassing collection calls. Is there anything we can do to get out of the 36 month contract?
The billing department is rude. And very uncooperative.
