I was excited to have found icreativemedia for a revamp of my new website. I have run an online store for 8 years and simply needed a refresh/redesign. Event hough her rates were 2-3 times the other designers I was looking into, I liked some of her portoflio and went with her.

I could not have made a worse decision.

The drafts I received all included these strange cartoonish characters, like I was selling to 9 year olds.

To add insult to injury, icreativemedia makes you pay them $100 in order to not, I repeat - not, credit them on the bottom of your home page listing them as designers. This is besides the point. I found working with Stacey less than constructive and when I questioned some of the design elements, I was met with a really intense, confrontational attitude. The one email I sent inquiring about her deposit policy was responded to with some of the most obnoxious and unprofessional communcations I've experienced in my 8 years online.

Very disappointed. Took my business elsewhere.
